Planting the Future

Accomplishments of Our Founder – Rose Francois

Rose Francois has dedicated her professional and personal life to the service of others, exemplifying compassion, integrity, and leadership in every endeavor. As a registered nurse, she has provided expert care to thousands of patients, consistently demonstrating exceptional commitment to improving health outcomes and supporting families through some of life’s most challenging moments.

Beyond her distinguished medical career, Mrs. Francois has expanded her humanitarian efforts to address global challenges. Guided by her belief in the transformative power of opportunity, she has personally contributed more than $35,000 in educational grants to assist underprivileged students in achieving their academic and professional aspirations. Her philanthropy has also grown to include environmental restoration and food insecurity initiatives.

Through her organization, Mrs. Francois supports communities affected by deforestation and natural disasters, helping them rebuild and restore their livelihoods. Replante Grand Anse current fundraising project focuses on the mountain community of Chaucha, Ecuador, which has endured multiple natural disasters—including landslides, droughts, and severe food insecurity threatening their community. By providing both physical resources and educational programs, Mrs. Francois and her team aim to restore sustainability, resilience, and hope to this once-thriving community.

Replante Grand Anse continues to inspire others to lead with compassion, act with purpose, and invest in the enduring potential of every individual and community she touches.
